Genshin Impact fans are super excited because 5.1 banners are going to be released soon, but now some new leaks have also popped up about what's coming in Version 5.2. The leaks say that we might see a mix of new characters and some old favorites coming back, which means players will have lots of choices on how to use their Primogems.

If these leaks are right, the Genshin Impact 5.2 banner will feature the Chasca banner, plus a rerun of Wanderer and Archon. Here’s what we know so far:

Genshin Impact 5.2 Banners New Characters: Chasca and Ororon

So, according to the leaks, two new characters are gonna join in the Genshin 5.2 banner: Chasca and Ororon.

Chasca is a 5-star Anemo character (which means she uses wind power) and she fights with a Bow. She comes from Natlan and seems like she'll play a big role in the 5.2 update. If you’ve played the Natlan Archon Quest, you might already know a bit about Chasca because she showed up in a cutscene using her Bow.

Ororon, on the other side, is a 4-star Electro character who also uses a Bow. Not much is known about Ororon yet, but adding these two new characters definitely shakes things up for the game.

Genshin Impact 5.2 Reruns: Wanderer Rerun and Potential Archon Appearance

The leaks are also saying that Wanderer, a 5-star Anemo character who uses a Catalyst, might be coming back in a rerun banner for Version 5.2. Wanderer last showed up in Version 4.6, and it seems he could be really important in the new story events. This has made fans super excited, especially since he might be tied to a new event around Dragonspine.

Along with Wanderer, there's some buzz that an Archon character might be included in the 5.2 banners too. Since we’ve already seen Raiden Shogun in Version 5.0 and Nahida in 5.1, people are guessing it could be Venti or Zhongli next. And if the leaks about a Dragonspine event are true, Venti might have a good shot since he’s often connected with the Mondstadt region.

Genshin Impact 5.2 Event: Dragonspine Event and Storyline

One of the coolest leaks is about the possible return of a Dragonspine event in Version 5.2. Dragonspine is a super popular place in the game because it’s got this unique snowy setting and some really interesting quests.

If these leaks are true, the event could involve important characters like Wanderer, Albedo, and maybe even Rhinedottir. The story might build on the stuff we learned in earlier updates, especially around Wanderer, Albedo, and their link to the mysterious Dragonspine.

Moreover, the return of Dragonspine as a central focus would be particularly fitting if Version 5.2 launches in November, as it aligns with the winter season and could offer a holiday-themed update.

Genshin Impact 5.2 Banners Release Date

Genshin Impact Version 5.2 is expected to drop around November 20, 2024. Now, this date isn’t set in stone, but it fits with the usual six-week update schedule that HoYoverse likes to follow. Players are super excited and are waiting for the official word, which will probably come during a livestream closer to the release.
