Zenless Zone Zero’s pre-release livestream just wrapped up, and it was packed with exciting reveals about new content and features coming to the game, including details on the 1.0 Banners.
Zenless Zone Zero 1.0 banners will introduce two new characters to the players, showcasing the best playable agents in HoYoverse’s new RPG game. We already have many characters that can be added to your team in Zenless Zone Zero, but Signal Searches (the game's Banners) is a great way to get even more.
So if you are curious about these new characters, here is all that we know about the Zenless Zone Zero 1.0 Banners, its characters, and release date.
Zenless Zone Zero 1.0 Banners
With the launch, HoYoverse will introduce two character banners to the players.
The first Zenless Zone Zero 1.0 banner, featuring Ellen Joe, will be available starting Thursday, July 4, which is the game's official global release date.
Ellen Joe is a S Rank character that has an Attack Specialty and Ice Attribute Agent status. And 'Mellow Waveride' is her exclusive channel. Ellen works for Victoria Housekeeping Co., a seemingly ordinary company. However, Ellen is a highly skilled combatant with a mysterious past. Her boosted A-Rank characters are Anton Ivanov (Electric, Attack) and Soukaku (Ice, Support).
The second Zenless Zone Zero 1.0 banner, featuring Zhu Yuan, will be available on Wednesday, July 24.
Zhu Yuan is a character of S Rank who possesses Ether Attribute and Attack Specialty. Moreover, 'Unswerving Bullet' will be her Exclusive Channel. Zhu Yuan leads the Public Security’s Criminal Investigation Special Response Team, dedicated to maintaining order in the bustling metropolis of New Eridu. Her boosted A-Rank characters are Nicole Demara (Ether, Support) and Ben Bigger (Fire, Defense).
Zenless Zone Zero 1.0 Banner Release Dates
As stated above, there are two key release dates for the Zenless Zone Zero 1.0 banners.
The first phase will be available on launch day, July 4, 2024, while the second phase will start three weeks later, on July 24, 2024, similar to other gacha games of HoYiverse like Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail.
In addition to the characters in the ZZZ 1.0 banner, Piper and Lucy will also join the game as part of the Sons of Calydon Faction, which is focused on having fun. While we don’t yet know their rarities, we do know that Lucy is a Fire Attribute Support Agent, and Piper is a Physical Attribute with Anomaly Specialty.
Moreover, at launch, all players will have the opportunity to earn 100 Pulls and 80 Boopons as rewards. However, not all of these rewards will be handed out for free. Some will require players to complete in-game events and challenges, so it's important to keep a check of your in-game mail and events pages.
Overall, the first Livestream for Zenless Zone Zero was a great experience, providing all the information needed about the new banners and characters.
