- Deals Fire DMG equal to 50% (130%) of Gallagher's ATK to a single enemy.

- Deals Fire DMG equal to 125% (325%) of Gallagher's ATK to a single enemy and reduces the target's ATK by 10.0% (18.0%), lasting for 2 turn(s)
Gallagher Skill - Special Brew
- Immediately heals one ally for 200 (2020) HP.
Gallagher Ultimate - Champagne Etiquette
- Inflicts Besotted on all enemies, lasting for 2 turn(s). At the same time, deals Fire DMG equal to 75% (187%) of Gallagher's ATK to all enemies, and enhances the next Basic ATK to Nectar Blitz.
Gallagher Talent - Tipsy Tussle Besotted
- Increases the Break DMG received by the enemy by 6.0% (15.0%). Every time a target in the Besotted state is attacked by an ally, it will restore 65 (656) HP to the attacker.
Gallagher Technique - Artisan Elixir
- Immediately attacks the enemy. Deals Fire DMG equal to 50% of Gallagher's ATK and inflicts Besotted on all enemies upon entering battle, lasting for 2 turn(s)
Furthermore, when Gallagher's Ultimate debuff is active, it is said that his talent may be able to heal an active teammate up to a percentage of his ATK stat. He might also be able to heal allies with low HP more effectively using his passive.

As of right now, the following has been revealed about Gallagher's Traces:
- Trace 1 - Novel Concoction: Increases Outgoing Healing of this unit by an amount equal to 30% of Break Effect, up to a maximum Outgoing Healing increase of 75%.
- Trace 2 - Organic Yeast: Immediately advance this unit's Action Forward by 100% after they use their Ultimate.
- Trace 3 - Bottoms Up: When Gallagher uses Nectar Blitz to attack enemies that are in the Besotted state, the HP Restore effect of his Talent for this attack will apply to other allies as well.

- Eidolon 1: Regenerates 20 Energy when Gallagher enters the battle and increases his Effect RES by 50%.
- Eidolon 2: Increases Break DMG dealt to targets in the Besotted state by 8%.
- Eidolon 3: Increase Skill Level by +2, up to a maximum of Level 15. Additionally, Basic Attack is increased by +1, up to a maximum of Level 10.
- Eidolon 4: Increases the turn duration for the Besotted state inflicted by Gallagher's Ultimate for 1 turn(s).
- Eidolon 5: Increase Ultimate Level by +2, up to a maximum of Level 15, and Talent Level by +2, up to a maximum of Level 15.
- Eidolon 6: Increases Gallagher's Break Effect by 20% and Weakness Break Efficiency by 20%.
