Recently, the developers released a video on social media officially introducing the new Town Hall.

December will see the release of the Clash of Clans TH16 update. The developers officially verified this with a tweet that included a brief preview of the new Town Hall's design.
This implies that, at most, the latest Town Hall update will be available in the following three weeks!

The Clash of Clans TH16 trailer only showed the appearance of the new Town Hall and what the maximum base would look like following the game's December update, which disappointed users who had been hoping for a little more information.
However, well-known Clash of Clans content producer Judo Sloth talked a lot about the previews of the upcoming version. Additionally, one of Supercell's developers revealed a ton of fascinating information about the new Clash of Clans TH16 in a post on the /r/ClashofClans subreddit. This information included the various upgrade costs, giga inferno, and upgrade levels that would be accessible with this update.
Clash of Clans TH16 Upgrade Cost & Details
Town Hall 16 exhibits a nature-themed design with a tree-inspired aesthetic. The Giga Inferno at TH16 emanates a solar blast-like beam, continuing the nature theme throughout the update cycle. Upgrading to TH16 involves the following details:
- Upgrade Cost: 20M Gold
- Upgrade Time: 14 days
- Gold, Elixir, and Dark Elixir Capacity: 2M Gold, 2M Elixir, 20K DE
- Hit Points: 10K
Upon reaching TH16, your Giga Inferno weapon is limited to just one level! Because it will continue to try to burn attacking units, the Giga Inferno is still a formidable rival. A Poison effect is also still active even after the Town Hall is demolished!
Apart from Giga Inferno, the TH16 update includes enhancements for various buildings, defenses, units, and spells. Notable upgrades encompass improvements to defenses like Air Defense, X-Bow, Wizard Tower, Mortar, and Bomb Tower. Buildings like Laboratories, Barracks, Pet House, and resource storage also see upgrades. Additionally, unit upgrades for heroes like Barbarian King, Archer Queen, Grand Warden, and Royal Champion, along with troop and spell upgrades, are part of the TH16 update.

Clash of Clans TH16 Update - Balance Changes
In addition to the upgrade cost and updates, the Clash of Clans TH16 update introduces balance changes aimed at addressing challenges encountered in Town Hall 15 gameplay, including adjustments to defense structures, troops, spells, and quality-of-life enhancements like Friendly Challenges, partial army training, and easier access to Super Troop boosts.

- Rage Spell Tower changes:
- Rage radius reduced from 6 to 5 tiles
- Damage boost reduced from 90% to 60%
- Air Bomb level 10 damage reduced from 355 to 350
- Eagle Artillery level 6 damage reduced from 525 to 500
- Town Hall weapon changes:
- Town Hall 14-15 poison duration has been reduced from 16 seconds to 12 seconds
- Reduce Town Hall 15 DPS from 280-320 to 280-300
- Inferno Tower changes:
- Multi-Inferno Tower level 9 DPS reduced from 116 to 110
- X-Bow changes:
- Level 6 HP reduced 3500 → 3400
- Level 7 HP reduced 3900 → 3700
- Level 8 HP reduced 4200 → 4000

- Can be done in both Home Village and Builder Base.

- Allow for partial training of Armies via Quick Train instead of preventing the Army from being trained if not enough Army Camp space is left.
- Quick access to the Super Troop menu when trying to train an Army that has Super Troops when you don’t have any Super Troop boosts active.
