Valorant Orion Bundle: the upcoming skin bundle splash art leaked
Recently, we welcomed Gaia’s Vengeance 2.0 skin bundle, and now, leaks have given us a glimpse of the upcoming skin bundle arriving in Valorant's 7.08 patch.
Valorant 7.08's skin bundle seems to be inspired by the Prelude to Chaos bundle. |
While the exact name of this collection was a mystery, @ValorLeaks has revealed that this new bundle is called the Orion Bundle. Many believe these skins take hints from mechs often seen in anime and manga, particularly resembling designs from series like Gundam. The skins exhibit a predominantly white color with striking orange and blue accents, giving them a distinctive visual style.
While details are still limited, initial reactions to the next Valorant bundle haven't been overwhelmingly positive. Some players have expressed disappointment, with comments like, "Skins used to look good in the game, what happened?" Another player mentioned, “OH hell nah, don’t tell me they copied the prelude to chaos but with a different skin. It’s just prelude x battle pass x cartoon.”
There have also been complaints about the absence of visual effects (VFX) and animations in the new skins. One fan pointed out, "Stop with the non-animated skins Riot, please, no one buys them.”

Although the skins appear to have a luminous quality, it's important to note that as a Deluxe bundle priced at 1,275 Valorant Points (VP), there's no confirmed information regarding additional variants, visual effects, kill banners, or finishers, which has left some players feeling a sense of unfulfilled potential.
It's worth noting that as of now, the release date, cost, and which specific skins will be included in Valorant's next skin bundle are still a mystery.
