The most exciting part of Season 10, Sea of Thieves Guilds is similar to having your very own trading company.
Members can collect a Guild reputation by collecting treasure and engaging in Player versus Player (PvP) activities. Players can join existing Sea of Thieves Guilds by invitation or establish their own if they possess a ship.
Each Guild can accommodate 24 players, with each member having the capacity to be part of or even lead up to three Guilds. Upon founding a Guild, players can imbue it with a unique identity, including a name, motto, and emblem. They can then dedicate one of their ships to the Guild.

Each member can follow suit, resulting in a Guild potentially having access to 24 shared ships. A remarkable feature of shared ships is that they have their owner's decorations and trinkets, providing a platform to showcase their unique style. Furthermore, all adventures embarked upon using a shared ship contribute to its milestones.
The Guild Chronicles serve as a hub to stay connected, listing all relevant events and displaying the current usage and crews of all ships, facilitating impromptu crew formation. Players can choose to sail as an Emissary of their Guild, with each treasure collected improving their Guild Emissary Ledger. This ledger allows them to unlock titles, decorative ornaments, and enchanting paintings. When a Guild achieves level 100 in reputation, they earn a Distinction, visually upgrading the mast plaque of each pledged ship.
Shared rewards for Sea of Thieves Guilds include Ship Role Clothing, representing navigators, helmsmen, cooks, or cannoneers. While access to this clothing is exclusive to Guild members, other rewards persist even if a player leaves the Guild.
