In "The Teal Mask" DLC, you can find these coveted items for sale at a stand on a farm near the Mossfell Confluence, located in the lower-right corner of the map. This location is conveniently close to the starting area, a place you'll revisit throughout your adventure in Kitakami.
Once you have the Syrupy Apple in your possession, head over to your bag, select the item, and use it on your Applin from your party. The transformation is now set in motion! Witness the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Applin evolution screen in action and welcome your new Dipplin to the team.
Do we have Dipplin evolution in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet?
As it stands, Applin evolution is the sole method to obtain Dipplin in the game. Unlike its pre-evolved form, Dipplin cannot be encountered in the wild on Kitakami island in "The Teal Mask," nor has it been spotted in Tera Raids. Also, the devs have not announced Dipplin evolution for The Teal Mask DLC.
However, keen-eyed dataminers have uncovered intriguing hints about the future of Dipplin. Within the game's files, there are placeholders for several new Pokémon. While concrete details remain elusive, signs strongly suggest that Dipplin might receive another evolution in the upcoming expansion, "The Indigo Disk."
