Keanu Reeves, who plays Johnny Silverhand in the video game, showed fans a brand-new clip for Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty at the Showcase. The DLC, which will be available on all of the game's platforms on September 26, will be centered on trying to figure out how to save V's life, according to the clip, which featured gameplay and in-engine footage.
Also, as noted in the trailer, Phantom Liberty will have a combat mode for vehicles and functional driving AI.

Many fans were shocked that Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty had not received any updates during the Summer Game Fest 2023 main display.
But it's anticipated that it will be shown this weekend as part of the "Play Days" event. If not, it will simply have to be demonstrated during the Xbox Showcase 2023.

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty DLC Price leak
It is anticipated that the Phantom Liberty expansion for Cyberpunk 2077 would be shown off at tonight's Summer Game Fest event. This expectation is now strengthened by the pricing leak.
The original listing for the expansion could not be reached in any way, thus a pre-order page for it was put up earlier than intended by GOG, and was reported on the game's subreddit.
Though the original page has now been taken down, we did learn something new about the expansion because the GOG listing verified the Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty pricing of €29.99 for Europe, indicating that it will probably cost $34.99 in the US.

Unfortunately, there were no specifics about the expansion's contents or a release date in the leaked listing. But past rumors claimed that the Phantom Liberty DLC might be available as early as August 2023.

Well, all of this can be confirmed at today's Summer Game Fest as the event will have CD Projekt Red, and it's expected that the Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty DLC will be showcased there.

The planned Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty DLC storyline is currently unknown. However, the trailers for the expansion did offer more hints as to what is happening in the story, including the fact that the action appears to center on Dog Town, a previously forbidden area of Night City's map, and the FIA, an organization from the New United States of America.
The Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty DLC teaser gives the impression that whatever mission V is on for the NUSA goes horribly wrong and that the protagonists will have to fight their way out of the community.
Although a Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty release date has not yet been announced, based on the early pre-order activity on GOG, it appears to be close at hand.

Regarding the list of the platforms that the next Cyberpunk expansion will be available on, those platforms are PS5, Xbox Series X |S, PC, and PS5. The PS4 and Xbox One are not included, likely because of performance concerns that we experienced when the game first debuted on those systems.
