Overwatch 2 Season 5 Release Date
Even though the Overwatch 2 Season 5 release date hasn't been confirmed, we can assume it will occur on June 13, 2023.
Each season of Overwatch 2 will last around nine weeks, according to Blizzard. We predict that Season 5 will begin on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, since Season 4 debuted on April 12.

OW2 Season 5 Summer Games Event
The Summer Games are back for OW2 Season 5, which is its first and main feature.
The developers have decided that it is time for Overwatch 2 Summer Games to return following its absence in 2022. It is one of the most well-liked events and the primary cause of this was the introduction of the Lucio Ball game mode during the initial Summer Games event.
It attained such a high level of acceptance that at one point Lucio Ball was even ranked. Additionally, during the Summer Games event, many skins with a summer theme normally become available.
Although information about the Summer Games of 2023 is currently lacking, it is safe to assume that the usual array of cosmetics will be there. The popular Lucioball game mode falls under the same category.

OW2 Season 5 Questwatch Event
The development team introduced a brand-new event for Season 5 during the presentation of Overwatch 2's most recent roadmap, Questwatch. Blizzard hinted about "Questwatch" as the season's limited event in a new graphic.

OW2 Season 5 QoL Updates
The "on fire" feature has been brought back, and a Creator workshop mode has also been added, among other quality-of-life improvements for OW2 Season 5.
The On Fire feature, which made it simple for players to tell who was popping off, was removed during the transfer from the old game to OW2. Now the On Fire system is finally returning in Season 5 after much teasing.
The Creator Workshop Mode was another component of Season 5 that was hinted at in the roadmap that Blizzard provided. However, it is still unclear whether this is an update to the current Workshop mode or a brand-new Workshop mode for the game.
