League of Legends is a multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game in which the player takes isometric control of a character (the "champion") with a variety of unique skills.
Riot continuously updates the game with new skins at regular intervals.
Since the game's beta testing, skins have existed and have only grown in popularity. Champions can have different looks via skins from the Riot Store that can be purchased using Blue Essence or Riot Points. They are adornments that alter a champion's appearance.
In League of Legends, there are multiple skins. Legendary skins, the second-highest tier skins available in League of Legends, are some of the most well-liked.
Well, the most recent skin that will be released in the game soon is LoL DRX Worlds skins, but what's interesting is that Riot has also announced the new variations of League of Legends Shan Hai Scrolls skin for the year 2023 that will bring new outfits for four champions in the game.

League of Legends Shan Hai Scrolls Skins
League of Legends' Shan Hai Scrolls are a collection of alternate future/universe skins. Set in a universe where champions are legendary beings from the enigmatic Shan Hai Scrolls.
The Shan Hai Scrolls' enigmatic creator and date are unknown. The intricate patterns and motifs of Chinese mythology that have been woven into these skins are easily visible with just a quick glance. The presence of traditional Chinese instruments and music in the backdrop adds to the mysterious air that the skins exude.
When the Shan Hai Scrolls skin line was first released in 2021, it featured exploding animations, rich orange and red colorizations, and lively visual effects with sparks and flames. The characters who received these skins at the time were Aatrox, Cho'Gath, Jhin, Nautilus, Neeko, and Volibear.
And now, Riot Games has unveiled the upcoming set of League of Legends Shan Hai Scrolls 2023 skins, which include four champions who haven't had skins in a while.

League of Legends Shan Hai Scrolls Skins 2023
This time, the selection of champions is especially intriguing because they are all creatures or monsters. The four champions getting skins in the Shan Hai Scrolls 2023 release are:
- Bard
- Tahm Kench
- Kog'Maw
- Lillia
The first three of those four have each recently had pick rates in solo queue games of less than 4%, making them incredibly unpopular options on the Rift.
With Kog'Maw being the lone exception, three of the four champions whose Shan Hai Scrolls skins 2023 were teased today have not had skin in more than a year.
Players can't wait for Lillia to acquire her third League of Legends skin, which will be her third skin overall. Additionally, Tahm Kench will be getting a "Chinese"-themed skin for the second time.

With blues, greens, and greys dominating the League of Legends Shan Hai Scrolls 2023 skins' powers this time around, the latest additions to the skin range are more muted in appearance. If anything, the atmosphere is more "dusk"-like with the new Shan Hai Scrolls skins than it was with the old ones.
In addition to the League of Legends Shan Hai Scrolls 2023 splash art, Riot has also drooped a teaser of the new Crystalis Motus Leona skin.

League of Legends Shan Hai Scrolls 2023 Skin Price
Even though not everything has been disclosed, we do know the cost of the skin line. The LoL Shan Hai Scrolls 2023 skins' price is as follows:
- Shan Hai Scrolls Bard: 1350 RP (Epic Skin)
- Shan Hai Scrolls Tahm Kench: 1350 RP (Epic Skin)
- Shan Hai Scrolls Kog'Maw: 1350 RP (Epic Skin)
- Shan Hai Scrolls Lillia: 1350 RP (Epic Skin)
There are no prestige or legendary skins included and each of these will cost 1350 RP because they are all Epic skins. In order to get a new legendary and prestige skin for the huge summer tournament, Riot will have already published the new DRX Aatrox prestige skin and a new mythic skin for Leona.
League of Legends Shan Hai Scrolls Skins 2023 release date
Although a release date for these four new skins has not yet been announced, it is probable that they will appear on the live League servers sometime in June.
Patch 13.12 would be released at the same time as the League of Legends Shan Hai Scrolls 2023 skins, according to the information that has been made available thus far. Hence, on June 14th, 2023 players may be able to try the new LoL Shan Hai Scrolls 2023 skins.
However, players will be able to test out these new Shan Hai Scrolls 2023 LoL skins on the PBE servers starting on June 2, when patch 13.11 is released.
