Players used to speculate about which characters would feature on the Genshin Impact 3.6 banners, but now we have new information from official sources. The Genshin 3.6 banners and reruns were formally unveiled to the public during the most recent 3.6 Livestream.

Genshin Impact 3.6 Banners
The playable characters in Genshin Impact are diverse and vibrant, which helps the Traveler on their adventure across Teyvat. And a number of the over 60 playable characters can be obtained via Intertwined Fates from the Character Event Wish banners.
We have already received both banners for version 3.5, and now, during the official livestream for version 3.6, HoYoverse has announced that characters will be receiving Genshin Impact 3.6 banners.
Apart from the verified Baizhu and Kaveh, sources indicate that there will be three banner reruns, with both the first and second Genshin Impact 3.6 banners being revealed.
As revealed, the accompanying Genshin Impact 3.6 banners will be released:
- Genshin Impact Nahida banner
- Genshin Impact Nilou rerun
- Genshin Impact Baizhu rerun
- Genshin Impact Ganyu rerun
It has been reported that the reruns will be released with the launch of the Genshin 3.6 update, and players will be able to see both the new characters, Baizhu and Kaveh in the second phase of the Genshin 3.6 banner.

Genshin Impact 3.6 Banners Phases
Previously @vississLeak claimed that in Genshin 3.6 banner - Phase I, there will be Nahida and Nilou, and in Phase II, Baizhu and Ganyu. Now, clearly, the leak has been proven to be absolutely correct.
When the version 3.6 update goes live, the first two limited-time Character Event banners for Phase 1 will be 5-star Dendro and Hydro characters, Nahida and Nilou.

Baizhu and Ganyu, the 5-star Dendro and Cryo characters, will both have simultaneous character banners during Phase 2. And, the newest 4-star Dendro character Kaveh will appear in both of the character event banners for Baizhu and Ganyu at the same time. In Genshin Impact, Ganyu has been having a rerun for almost after 8 months.
The other 4-star characters who will appear on the 3.6 banners have not yet been announced by HoYoverse or leakers, but we will make sure to keep you informed as soon as fresh information is released by leakers or developers.

Genshin Impact 3.6 Banner release date
Travelers can anticipate when the Genshin Impact 3.6 banners will be released based on past banners' time cycles, however, HoYoverse has also confirmed the Genshin 3.6 release date.
According to the official statement, the "Genshin 3.6 update will be available six weeks after the release of Version 3.5", implying the Genshin 3.6 upgrade will be released on April 12th, 2023.
Because any Genshin Event Wishes usually lasts 21 days, the future 3.6 Event Wishes must have the release dates listed below:
- Genshin Impact 3.6 Phase 1 will begin on April 12th, 2023.
- Genshin Impact 3.6 Phase 2 will begin on May 3rd, 2023 (depending on the first banner).
Two banner reruns will be included in the Genshin 3.6 banner's first phase, and a new banner and a rerun will be part of phase 2. And hence, players simply can not miss out either because having a strong character will probably be necessary while navigating Sumeru.
