League of Legends patch 13.6 will be released soon, and the devs have already revealed some info about the forthcoming changes.
League of Legends 13.6 patch notes |
We recently received a significant LoL patch 13.5 which included various changes in the main game, including major buffs and nerfs for several champions and interesting gameplay adjustments.
Now while Riot continues to tinker with all of the major changes in LoL patch 13.6, the live game is indeed moving forward. After dealing with more than 10 champions in the previous update, the developer is now focusing on adjusting a few champions' abilities.
Riot is concentrating on champions like Yuumi, Ashe, Azir, LeBlanc, and others in patch 13.6. Moreover, the main focus of the LoL patch 13.6 is to balance every lane and champion in the current meta.
So let's get to know what has been detailed so far with regards to the League of Legends 13.6 patch, including changes, champions buffs and nerfs, new releases, and more.

League of Legends 13.6 patch notes
League of Legends Designers on the Summoner's Rift team, shared a preview of the upcoming LoL patch 13.6 changes on March 14th.
A few champions will be nerfed as usual, while League of Legends Patch 13.6 will also enhance the abilities of a few champions.
RiotPhroxzon stated regarding the LoL 13.6 patch, "Yuumi has released too strong and we're planning on nerfing Anti-Burst (testing only armor on R and less resists) and Q hittability. We're also nerfing the power of early dragons & some AD items to reduce some of the "can only play through bot" and early snowball."

League of Legends patch 13.6 Champions buffs and nerfs
As mentioned above, a series of champions receive buffs and nerfs with the upcoming patch, and this time we also have a few champions leading the list of champion adjustments.
Now let's have a look at the champion buffs that will be seen in LoL patch 13.6.
LoL Patch 13.6 Champion buffs:
The game was substantially balanced with Patch 13.5. There were other notable changes, including the buffs and nerfs for a medium number of champions, even Junglers saw some nerfs, and the 13.5 patch was filled with mid-scope reworks.
Despite the fact that only eight champions in League of Legends Patch 13.6 are expected to receive direct buffs and nerfs, there may still be potential for the meta to shift, especially given how aggressively Riot is focusing on the bot lane.
With the exception of the new champion, Milio joining the game, none of the changes have been described as of yet, thus we don't know anything much about them.
The champions receiving LoL Patch 13.6 buffs are:
- Vayne
- Passive Movement Speed increased: 30 ⇒ 45
- Q: Tumble
- AD Ratio increased: 60-80% ⇒ 75-115%
- Buff duration decreased: 7s ⇒ 3s
- W % HP damage adjusted: 4-12% ⇒ 6-10%
- Galio
- W Damage Reduction increased: 20-40% (+8% MR) ⇒ 25-45% (+12% MR)
- E Cooldown reduced: 12-8 ⇒ 11-7
- Talon
- Base Mana increased: 377 ⇒ 400
- Passive Damage increased: 75 – 255 ⇒ 80 – 280
- W Mana cost reduced: 55/ 60/ 65/ 70/ 75 ⇒ 50/ 55/ 60/ 65/ 70
- R Damage increased: 90/ 135/ 180 ⇒ 90/ 145/ 200
- Ashe (ADC)
- Passive damage increased: 110% + Crit Chance ⇒ 115% + Crit Chance
There are certain anomalies that Riot wishes to solve with LoL Patch 13.6, including additional modifications done in LoL patch 13.5.
As League's lead balance designer, Matt Leung-Harrison expressly stated that Riot would be boosting Ashe for the AD carry role in today's 13.6 patch preview, the buffs coming to Ashe in particular spark a lot of interest. Beyond Ashe's potential buffs, Vayne, Galio, and Talon are also candidates for direct upgrades.

LoL Patch 13.6 Champion nerfs:
Now coming to LoL Patch 13.6 Champion nerfs. Similar to the buffs, developers also revealed the LoL Patch 13.6 champion nerfs, and the list of champions is comparatively small. The champions who have all been on the offensive for a while, are the focus of the nerfs.
The balancing team is working to weaken the game's powerful hero, so more nerfs are on the way. Also, the Yummi rework which received quite a backlash from the community is also under the devs' target.
The champions receiving LoL Patch 13.6 nerfs are:
- Yuumi
- Q: Prowling Projectile
- Cooldown adjusted: 7.5 – 6.25 ⇒ 6.5
- Mana cost increased: 50 – 75 ⇒ 50 – 100
- Range/ speed reduced
- R Bonus resistances removed: 20 – 60 resists ⇒ 0
- Aurelion Sol
- E Cooldown flattened: 12-10 ⇒ 12
- R: Falling Star/ The Skies Descend
- Stardust required for The Skies Descend increased: 75 ⇒ 100
- Falling Star Stun duration reduced: 1.25 ⇒ 1
- Falling Star Cast range reduced: 1250 ⇒ 1100
- The Skies Descend knockup duration reduced: 1.25 ⇒ 1
- The Skies Descend cast range reduced: 1250 ⇒ 1100
- Veigar
- Base Stats
- Base HP reduced: 575 ⇒ 550
- Base armor reduced: 21 ⇒ 18
- W Damage reduced: 100-300 ⇒ 85-305
Aurelion Sol has ruled the Rift and the Howling Abyss during the last few patches. Gamers initially thought his rework was too powerful. And now he's being hammered once more in the hopes of eventually balancing him.
Veigar is also included on the nerf list since Patch 13.4 only recently boosted Veigar's Q missile range and his W cast range. Yet, considering that Yuumi has a 56.27 percent bot lane pair win rate, this LoL Patch 13.6 nerf with the nerf to AD items may be positively received by many League players.

LoL Patch 13.6 - New Milio Champion
The new, upbeat support in League of Legends is named Milio. Milio brings a distinctive perspective to the part as he originates from the isolated village on the edge of Ixtal, where his family was banished for many centuries.
Milio will be incredibly powerful in team scenarios thanks to the AoE that some of his skills have. In huge battles, his ultimate will be very potent.
Milio Abilities
- Passive - Fired Up: Milio's abilities enchant allies on touch, making their next spell or attack deal a burst of extra damage and burn the target.
- Q - Ultra Mega Fire Kick: Kick a ball that knocks back an enemy. On hit, the ball bounces behind the target, damaging and slowing enemies in the area upon impact.
- W - Cozy Campfire: Create an empowering zone that heals allies and increases Attack Range for those inside. The zone follows the ally nearest to the cast point.
- E - Warm Hugs: Milio tosses a shield to an ally, temporarily increasing their movement speed.
- R - Breath of Life: Milio unleashes a wave of soothing flames that heal and remove crowd control effects from allies in range.
