The Genshin Impact 3.5 Livestream, which debuted on February 17th, 2023, got the Genshin Impact 3.5 update rolling. As you are probably aware, one of patch 3.5's most significant upgrades is the unlocking of new characters. The 3.5 Livestream featured new information on the new characters along with the developer's long-awaited reveal of new events and weapons.
The next 5-star Pyro character, Dehya, will be made available in Genshin Impact 3.5 along with Mika, the other 4-star character. Mika is going to be a Cryo character in the game.
Not only did developers give us information about these new characters, but they also disclosed details on the Genshin Impact 3.5 banners. Cyno, Shenhe, and Ayaka will all return to our screens in patch 3.5 banners. Characters whose Limited banners will be the first to go live in the Genshin Impact 3.5 update include Dehya (the 5-star Pyro element character) and Cyno.
Adding to this, developers have also announced that Dehya will become a standard banner character after her limited banner in version 3.5.

Genshin Impact Dehya Standard banner
Dehya is a brand-new Genshin character who makes her appearance in the 3.5 update. The Flame-Mane and a 5-star Pyro Claymore character, Dehya is the Unfettered Desert Mercenary.
The Genshin Impact community has been waiting impatiently for the Dehya banner ever since HoYoverse introduced Dehya to the players. Moreover, recent leaks and data mining information suggested that Dehya may be added to the Standard Banner roster, following the completion of her featured Event Wish Banner in version 3.5.
Ever since the leak came out, "Will Dehya be on Standard Banner" has been a constant question in fans' minds. Well, the developers have now confirmed that the new five-star from Sumeru - Dehya is going to be on the standard banner.

Dehya will thus join the Standard Banner as the seventh character after update 3.5 is over. It has been claimed by the players that they won't spend Primogems on Dehya's Limited Banner because they have a high chance of obtaining her anytime they lose a 50/50 on a subsequent Limited Banner.
