In order to put themselves well ahead of the other elite teams, T1 and Faker sought to win their fourth trophy. In contrast, DRX and Deft were aiming to take home their first-ever Worlds trophy.

DRX were crowned the World Champions 2022 following a highly tense five-match LoL Worlds 2022 Finals. The whole world was following the bouts as they were happening because each esports fan wanted to find out who will be crowned as the new champion of the LoL Worlds 2022 Finals.

Gumayusi of T1 shot an arrow at the ideal moment to save game five of the final match, however, Oner carried T1 because of his ability to get the squad out of difficult situations. He was the one who, by stepping in at crucial moments, was able to ensure that the team maintained its composure until the fifth game.
But all the hard work of the team was unable to save the LoL Worlds 2022 Finals title.
