Total War Warhammer 3 DLC factions have leaked accidentally, and fans can't seem to hold their excitement to explore the post-launch content of the game.
Total War Warhammer 3 DLC leak |
The first installment of Total War Warhammer came launched in 2016, and the second one followed in 2017. There was a significant gap between the second and third installments, Total War Warhammer 3, though.
The four Chaos Gods—Nurgle, Khorne, Slaanesh, and Tzeentch—have their own unique lists of rulers, stories, and forces in Total War Warhammer 3, an epic strategy-based adventure that defines the plot of the Titanic trilogy. The trilogy's third installment likewise prominently emphasizes the domain of Grand Cathay and the merciless fighters of Kislev.
And now that Total War Warhammer 3 is the final chapter in the Total War narrative, it appears that it intends to push the boundaries of strategy-based gaming in this ideal experience.
It was believed that Total War: Warhammer 3 will receive a vast post-launch DLC library to serve players for the future after Warhammer 3's success. However, there have already been leaks that may have given the player base a sneak preview of some of the Total War Warhammer 3 DLC factions.
The article below details everything that you should know about this Total War Warhammer 3 DLC leak.

Total War Warhammer 3 DLC leak
Yesterday, Creative Assembly disclosed a remarkable amount of information regarding the upcoming Immortal Empires campaign for Total War: Warhammer 3, including some information that maybe it wouldn't have planned to showcase.
Modularity is a key aspect of this concept because the Warhammer 3 Immortal Empires game mode will effectively merge the entire trilogy into a single gameplay experience. However, keen-eyed viewers of the Creative Assembly's Q&A session noticed what they think to be the names of four factions that will be available as Total War Warhammer 3 DLC.
From around 9:55 minute of the video, throughout a section where lead designer Mitchell Heastie talks about victory conditions whilst scanning across various lists of necessary objectives, is when the portion about Total War Warhammer 3 DLC can be seen.
The factions for Total War Warhammer 3 DLC mentioned in the video are:
- Puppets of Misrule
- Legion of the Gorequeen
- The Ecstatic Legions
- The Fecundites

Now, it is important to note that nothing else is known about them besides their names and allegiances. Of course, it stands to reason that Tzeentch would govern over the Puppets of Misrule, but it is still unknown who their possible leaders would be.
Since Immortal Empires will combine the factions and maps from all three games in the Total War: Warhammer trilogy into one, the section of "Domination Campaign Victory" requirements featured a lengthy list of factions that must be eliminated (almost 60 in total). However, what actually caught fans' attention was that none of the previous games has ever featured four of the factions that were a part of the list.
The list included the new Chaos factions that have previously been unveiled by Creative Assembly, so it's possible that these new four factions are merely unannounced ones. However, fans on Reddit seem to believe that these factions are more likely to be launched as Total War Warhammer 3 DLC.
It's also important to note that Creative Assembly hasn't explicitly said that these would be Total War Warhammer 3 DLC factions. It's also highly plausible that the 4 new Chaos factions were purposefully included in the Q&A stream to hype up gamers, given that Creative Assembly is aggressively teasing the fans with Immortal Empires.
