Apex Legends Season 14 Legend, Vantage image and release date has been leaked early, due to a mistake by Respawn.
Apex Legends Season 14 Legend, Vantage image and release date leak |
On July 22, Respawn recently issued a minor update for Apex Legends. The update reduced some player annoyances such as skin switching, ranked prizes, stability and performance, and more. It was less than 1 GB on all platforms.
In addition, the creators have begun releasing teases for its upcoming season. The battle pass's in-game countdown indicates that Apex's current season, Saviors, will expire on August 9th. And it is only natural that the next season will bring a new Legend, Battle Pass, ranked season, map updates, and more.
Earlier, we had in-game teasers about the upcoming Apex Legends Season 14 Legend; today, thanks to a mistake on the part of the creators, we also have the legend's image and release date.
It looks like there was a mistake when a new teaser for Vantage, who might be a new season 14 legend, momentarily appeared in the Apex Legends client. Keep on reading to know more about it.

Apex Legends Season 14 Legend image and release date leak
Respawn Entertainment accidentally revealed the Season 14 legend, release date, and promotional image prior to the official announcement.
For some players in-game earlier this evening, an advert for Apex Legends Season 14, which will be called "Hunted," surfaced. Players were urged to watch the upcoming episode of Stories From The Outlands, titled "Survive," via an in-game notification.
The preview also featured a female figure who was wearing a headset and had dark smudges on her face, but Respawn Entertainment quickly erased the image, and it is no longer visible after logging into the game.

The promotion image was of the new episode of the Stories from the Outlands!, the statement on the advertisement proclaims, “There’s a new installment of the Stories from the Outlands! Watch Survive and meet the new Legend joining the Games in Apex Legends: Hunted, coming August 9!”
The woman in the trailer resembles Vantage, a person that was exposed to a significant leak back in March. Many people assumed she would be the season 14 legend because she was one of the two characters, along with Newcastle, that had her own model in the leak.

Apex Legends Season 14 Legend - Vantage
Vantage is allegedly a recon-focused character who can gather information on foes by targeting them from a distance, according to the leaks, which also revealed information on a number of other characters in various stages of development and a number of weapons. Additionally, a teleportal winged companion is expected to come out with her.
Apart from a few details on Vantage's personality, earlier leaks also disclosed the Apex Legends Season 14 Legend - Vantage abilities.
- Vantage's Passive - Sniper Kit
Tactical info available in ADS unarmed or any long-range scopes (Legend name, shield rarity, team size, and range).
- Vantage's Tactical - Echo Launch
Launch towards your winged companion, Echo. Order Echo by tapping Q. Launch to Echo by holding Q.
- Vantage's Ultimate - Mark to Kill
A custom rifle that scans enemies and boosts damage for Vantage and her squad. Damage doubles for Vantage on successive shots. The team gets a 15% bonus on marked targets.
With all the leaked data, Vantage seems to be another Survival Sniper who excels in long-range warfare. However, it's worth mentioning that the Vantage abilities may have changed since it was revealed when she was in development, and some of them may have been scrapped altogether, so take the leak with a grain of salt.
Given that Respawn Entertainment hasn't yet made available the most recent episode of Stories from the Outlands, it seems obvious that this in-game advertising wasn't intended to go live just yet. However, given that Season 14 will begin in a little over two weeks, many anticipate that the episode will air early the next week.
The advertisement furthered the idea that the new season is slated to begin right after the conclusion of the current one by revealing that Apex Legends Season 14 will go live on August 9. This date coincides with the end of the season 13 battle pass. But still, until we receive formal confirmation from Respawn itself, we won't be able to be certain.
