Sony's PlayStation Plus Premium Games coming with the launch of the service have been reportedly leaked.
PS Plus Premium Launch Games leak |
It was revealed by known industry insiders that Sony will announce its new project soon, and that was the exact case as recently Sony announced its all-new PlayStation Plus Service which will combine both PS Plus and PlayStation Now service.
Sony's new PlayStation Plus Service, also known as Project Spartacus, will provide users with a selection of games to play on their PS4 and PS5 devices, with gamers having to download them in order to play them.
For $120 a year, players will have access to 740+ titles through the new PlayStation Plus Service, which comes in three tiers with varied costs and features. PlayStation Plus Essential, PlayStation Plus Extra, and PlayStation Plus Premium are the three tiers.
Now a new leak has revealed the possible PS Plus Premium Games that will be coming with the launch of the rebranded Sony's PlayStation Plus service. Let's have a look at the leaked data on the PS Plus Premium Launch Games.

PS Plus Premium Launch Games possibly leaked
As previously noted, the rebranded PS Plus is divided into three tiers, with Essentials providing access to everything that PS Plus now offers, and Extra providing access to a PS Plus Collection-style catalog of 400 PS4/PS5 games.
Then there's PS Plus Premium, which adds 340 more games to the program, including PS1 games, PS2 games, PS3 games, and PSP games. Although the specific PS Plus Premium Launch games have yet to be released, a recent leak may have provided a sneak peek.
Recently a new leak was posted on a PlayStation subreddit, where a Reddit user claimed that soon after they found and screenshotted the leaked PS Plus Premium Launch Games image on their console, it vanished.
Hence, we have an early caution that the leak should be taken with a huge grain of salt as nothing can be said for sure about the leak, and there are various pointers that hint at the leak being fake.

As seen on the leaked image, the list of PS Plus Premium launch games could include:
- Silent Hill 2
- Prince of Persia: Warrior Within
- Infamous
- Twisted Metal
- Resident Evil 2
- Daxter
- Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy
- Final Fantasy 7: Crisis Core
- Rayman
- Fallout: New Vegas
- Ratchet and Clank
- Dino Crisis
- Little Big Planet 2 and a lot more.
Then at the bottom of the image, players can spot some listed demos of PS Plus Premium’s Timed Trials which include:
- God of War: Ragnarok
- Forspoken
- Final Fantasy 16
- Spider-Man 2

Now, the reason it could be false is that it looks very identical to the usual PS Plus Collection UI, and the inclusion of Silent Hill 2 is, although not impossible, quite unlikely. After all, Konami is known to have misplaced the Silent Hill 2 code.
Furthermore, the inclusion of Final Fantasy 16 and Spider-Man 2 (which is scheduled for release in 2023) is a significant warning signal. If Spider-Man 2 gets a demo, it won't be for a long time, therefore it's strange to see it there.
In addition, the image's lettering says PSX, and then below it says PlayStation Original, and the special discounts and Kena promotion information is in Spanish, yet all PlayStation Original and PlayStation Portable content is in English.
Now all these pointers are more than enough for the gamers to be skeptical of the leak, but these are indeed some games that fans would love to see at the launch of the PS Plus Premium service, however, it still remains to be seen what Sony has planned for PS Plus Premium Launch games.
