Speaking about Lost Ark Chaotic Chuo location, it can be located in the Spring of Echoes, which in turn is located at Melody Forest (Annika). But you can only find this Boss as part of a limited-time Raid event.

The best route here would be to take the triport and go to Cloud Valley. After that, you will need to move northeast.

This event rotates every two or three days. The Chaotic Chuo, being a fearsome enemy, naturally has an enormous respawn time between two defeats. If you need to know whether this creature is available to fight at a certain time, all you need to do is check the Procyon Compass (in-game character) and you will know if you need to tighten your girdle and buckle down.

Lost Ark Chaotic Chuo: Item level (iLevel) requirement

Well, finding the location of this awesome enemy is one-half of the job. The other is to get your Item Level to reach above 380 because that’s one of the prerequisites for taking on this boss.

Energy Blast: The Chuo deals 3 AoE attacks in 3 progressive rings. Get caught in a ring, and you’ll get pushed into another, causing constant damage. The counter is to stagger it as it charges or gets out of the radius of the attack.
Slam: The Chuo jumps up and deals moderate damage when it touches the ground again. Getting out of the slam radius is the counter.
Charge: The Boss charges in a straight line that appears in front of it. The counter is avoiding the rectangular area and gets behind the boss.
Breath: The Boss deals an energy blast in a conical area he creates in front of him. Moving out of the conical area is the counter.
Spikes: The Chuo jumps away and causes spikes in the ground to appear in the vicinity, instantly killing people. Simply moving as far away as possible from him when he moves out of vision is the counter.

Beat the Chaotic Chuo and you get the Adventurer’s Tome Reward and objective, which is a high-level item and probably even has Epic rarity.
