Apex Legends is a free-to-play battle royale shooting game that has completed its 11 seasons and still has got the same craze amongst gamers. Recently, Respawn launched the Apex Legends Season 12 on February 8th bringing a new legend Maggie, battle pass, Ranked Season, a new map update, and more.
However, new features and elements are always welcome by the players, and similar is the case with Apex Legends heirlooms.
Apex Legends Heirlooms are the most valued cosmetic products in the game as they are interesting skins that are layered in the separate legend lore and surprisingly accompany their own quips and animations, which add a bit of style to the player's game.
Currently, Apex Legends have almost 20 characters in their battle royale, and the pipeline for Heirlooms can get delayed with numerous players actually trusting that their beloved Legend will get one. Players have been eagerly wanting to see Apex Legends Crypto heirloom, and leaks suggest that we will soon get one.

Apex Legends Crypto Heirloom
Apex Legends heirlooms are weapons that are only accessible for a limited time and are issued in combination with collection events. And if players wish to get one after the event then the only way to get it is via the open packs with a 1 in 500 chance of getting one, clearly not an easy task.
The last Apex character that got its own heirloom was Wattson. Wattson's Heirloom was made available via the Raiders Collection event releasing her Energy Reader on December 8.
However, now the leaks appear to have revealed the next Heirloom coming to the game, which belongs to Crypto, the Surveillance Expert. Although it is a fact that Crypto is one of the last picks amongst all the other Legends in Apex Legends, many gamers have high hopes that soon they will be getting Apex Crypto Heirloom in the latest season 12 collective event.
Popular Apex Legends data miner, Biast12, reportedly leaked this information way back in April 2021, where he revealed that the heirloom that Crypto will be getting is “Jikdo”.
Jikdo is a type of straight Korean sword and now we also have a leaked model and animations of the rumored Crypto heirloom, Jikdo.

Now we have fresh leaks on Apex Crypto Heirloom via known data miners Shrutgal and KranRindo.
Apex Legends Crypto Heirloom animation leak
After the Crypto's heirloom animations leak, dataminers have recently discovered some new Crypto mythic heirloom animations.
On Feb 8, Shrutgal, a leaker well-known within the Apex Legends community shared some new animations for Crypto's heirloom, where Crypto is seen carrying his two-handed mythic katana heirloom. Crypto swings the heirloom a few times before posing with it at last.

According to KranRindo's animation, the weapon can break down, unlocking to eventually reveal a USB from the bottom similar to a Russian nesting doll. It has a futuristic vibe about it, especially when combined with the fact that the blade folds out when the Surveillance Expert unsheathes the weapon.
Up until now, we haven't seen a full display of all the Apex Crypto Heirloom's animations through leaks, so it is quite obvious that we will have to wait till the weapon is launched to witness them.

Although there are tons of leaks that strongly suggest that the upcoming Apex Legends legend Crypto will be getting an heirloom, we can not ignore the fact that there are still no official statements by the game developers and creators whether the leaks are real or not, or if Apex Crypto Heirloom is actually in the pipeline.
However, this version of Crypto's Heirloom appears to be slicker as compared to the ones that we've seen before, which could indicate that the weapon will be released soon.
