Destiny 2 Witch Queen expansion is a much-anticipated release among Destiny fans as it is set to bring a great amount of new content for the players.
It is expected that the Witch Queen expansion will bring a collection of new weapons, armors, along with introducing Savathun's Lucent Brood, a new, light-wielding enemy type, other stuff to make the gameplay more interesting for the players.

The devs have not revealed much about the upcoming weapons other than the Glaive and its crafting feature, but thanks to the fresh leaks we do have a hint on what to expect.
Before the launch of any significant update or new release, the dataminers work hard to reveal new data, and similar is the case with Destiny 2 Witch Queen expansion.
Destiny 2 Witch Queen exotic weapons seem to have been released on the web prior to its official release. A brief teaser trailer of Destiny 2 Witch Queen shows 4 new weapons that players will get to chase in the Witch Queen expansion along with various upgrades and variants for the Glaive.
The latest leak from a known dataminer, Liz showcased a 15-second preview of the new exotic weapons that players will get to see in the Witch Queen expansion.
The initial part of the video contains three devastating Exotics, where the two of them seem to fall into existing categories while the other one can possibly be a new weapon type. In the leaked video, three weapons are:
- A standard-looking Auto Rifle
- A new form of Grenade Launcher
- An exotic SMG Osteo Striga

By the looks of it, the first weapon resembles a rail-gun having unique recoil and fire rate, potentially being an arc linear fusion rifle.
The second weapon seems like a heavy grenade launcher, that can be seen launching mini Hive worms, leaving a trail of poison behind.
The third weapon is not new as it has already been seen in the Witch Queen's promotional material: exotic SMG Osteo Striga that seemingly blasts a form of Arc damage.

Destiny 2 Witch Queen Glaive leak
The last weapon in the leaked Witch Queen exotic weapons video is a Glaive, which is a new weapon type in Destiny 2, having the ability to spawn the healing orbs and create a Ward of Dawn.
Outside of the new Exotics, we also got our first glimpse at a range of Glaive abilities. Exactly how these are unlocked is yet to be determined. Some could be tied to certain classes while others might be attainable through the weapon crafting system, only time will tell.
As per the leaked footage, it appears the Glaive gets powered with Void energy and then releases a Ward of Dawn across an arena, implying Guardians will not have to stand in a single place to use the defensive ability.
Then we have the Solar ability which will quite possibly heal nearby teammates, as it can be seen once it has been shot at the ground, the feature releases small healing orbs at members. Moreover, the basic Arc-powered attack can be seen sending out a wave of lightning damage on the ground.
The leaked footage shows that the Exotics can be acquired by pre-ordering the Destiny 2: Witch Queen Deluxe Edition, however, only two of these weapons will be accessible in the expansion, and those who want to access the other exotic will have to get the season pass as a tradition for Destiny 2.
