Rumors about Nvidia's RTX 3000 Superseries have been making rounds for quite a while and now a new leak has revealed some prominent data about the supposed Nvidia RTX 3090 Ti.
Recently, Uniko's Hardware, the Taiwanese media outlet known for sharing information on unreleased products shared a brief post revealing the details of the upcoming Nvidia RTX 3090 Ti. As per the report, there's a solid chance that Nvidia will soon reveal its RTX 3090 Ti cards.
The tweet explicitly talks about the 3090 Ti graphics cards, probably having 21Gb/s memory over the 3090's 19.5Gb/s, along with 10,752 CUDA cores instead of 10,496 included in the other card.

As per the given data, a memory codenamed "MT61K512M32KPA-21U" will be used for RTX 3090 Ti, which affirms that it will be a 21 Gbps bandwidth per module. And if the information is to be believed then this card is going to be the very first product using 16Gb (2GB) modules based on GDDR6X technology and to feature full GA102 GPU with 10752 CUDA cores.

Earlier, a tweet from Kopite also talked about the 3090 Super series, which stated that Nvidia's RTX 3080 Super will come along with 10752 CUDA cores with 24GB GDDR6X memory, however, he wasn't sure about the card's Super name.
If the leaks and data are correct, then there's a solid chance that Nvidia will reveal its 3090 Ti cards in January 2022, after the launch of RTX 3080 12GB and RTX 3070 Ti 16GB. This additionally puts its release close to Intel's Arc Alchemist GPU PC variants which are scheduled for Q1 2022 release.

So there are high chances that NVIDIA will announce its refreshed GeForce RTX 30 mobile series, along with RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU and more somewhere between these two events.
