Recently miHoYo revealed that the Genshin Impact 2.4 Livestream will take place on the coming Sunday, on the 26th of December 2021. miHoYo officially revealed the new 2.4 characters, where Genshin Impact Yunjin is an upcoming 4-Star Geo user, and Genshin Impact Shenhe is an upcoming 5-Star Cryo user, however, new Genshin Impact 2.5 leaks have taken a step further and revealed Yae abilities along with Ayato abilities.

Genshin Impact Yae Miko is the chief priestess of Grand Narukami Shrine in Inazuma and is rumored to be the commander of the Electro element. It has been claimed by the leaker that players will get to see Yae Miko in the future 2.5 update. Whereas Kamisato Ayato is the elder sibling of the previously released character Ayaka and is the head of Kamisato Clan, and furthermore rumored to be a hydro claymore character.
There are numerous rumors surrounding both these characters as they are yet to be officially announced by the devs, yet with all the new leaks we have a decent idea of what these characters might do.

Recently, on December 25 an NGA user shared the data mined info for Yae and Ayato skills which has high possibility of being real, however, the same data was found earlier by popular data miner Dimbreath.
Back on November 25, Dimbreath revealed that Yae uses "towers" and has high-level "modifiers". It was additionally mentioned that Ayato possibly reduces team members' cooldowns and has "KendoPose" mentioned in the in-game files.

Now the latest 2.5 leaks have affirmed the same, and it can be said that Yae Miko is a damage dealer and Ayato seems like somebody who will give buffs to his team in Genshin Impact.

Yae Miko has a list of datamined skills which includes, "Fox Tower" which towers and then explodes to deal immense damage. Aside from that, we have "Elder Brain" which seems like an exceptionally strong ability despite the fact we still have to wait to get complete details.

Ayato's skills mention different abilities with the names Buff, Weapon Buff, and Modifier and there have been leaks that he will boost the power of the teammates, so these abilities are likely party-wide buffs.
