As per the leaked data, two of the most beloved events will be brought back in Genshin Impact's 2.4 update.

The leakers have assured that the players will get the following Genshin Impact 2.4 events:

  • Return of the Lantern Rite event
  • The Windtrace event
  • A Study in Potions event
  • Over Mountains and Seas event
  • Shenhe Story Quest
  • Yun Jin Hangout event
  • Ningguang Hangout event
  • New World Boss battle in Enkanomiya
  • New Weekly Boss against a Fatui Harbinger

For the very first time after Genshin Impact's release, players will get the opportunity to partake in two or three of the game's most famous events - Lantern Rite festival and the Windtrace challenges.

Even though we have new events with each new update, yet getting an event rerun is happening for the first time.

Genshin Impact 2.4 Lantern Rite Event

The Lantern Rite festival is not new for the veterans of the game, as players have crossed several quests to help Xiao deal with some awful spirits.
