Toys for Bob, the developer behind Crash Bandicoot is probably working on a new project other than CoD.

Whenever people talk about gaming organizations, Toys for Bob is definitely mentioned in the discussion, especially with regards to the "Toys to life" genre. Toys for Bob has been making different games like Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time, Skylanders franchise, and Spyro Reignited Trilogy for almost 30 years now.
Back in May 2021, Activision announced that Toys for Bob will be one of the core teams to work on Call of Duty: Warzone, and since then the organization is part of the franchise. However, soon players started to anticipate what is the next project that the company is working on. Now it has been clear that currently, Toys for Bob is working on a new non-CoD project.
Recently, Toys for Bob posted new job listings for various positions that did not mention CoD as such, instead, it was labeled as "for Toys for Bob".
The latest job listing for Senior Concept Artist found on Toys for Bob's career page, demands the individuals to have "A strong foundation in traditional art, color theory, composition, perspective, anatomy, and lighting." under the "Player Profile" area.
The new IP also demands the applying candidates to, "Create concepts for all stages of production. This may include loose sketches, high-level paintings, gameplay paint-overs, and marketing assets" and "Produce environment, prop, and character designs."

As per Toys for Bob's job listing for Environment Artist, "they (Toys for Bob) are currently looking for a self-driven artist who enjoys handling a wide variety of work, is eager to learn new techniques and tools, and has a deep passion for creative storytelling through crafting environment art."
As for the Senior Concept Artist, the organization is looking for someone to, "Work closely with the Concept Art Lead, Art Director, and the art and design staff establishing and maintaining visual solutions that enhance gameplay and support the project's art direction and narrative."

However, what is to be noted here is that these job listings are not dedicated to CoD games, as the other job listings that are associated with the CoD franchise like Lighting Artist - Call of Duty clearly has Call of Duty mentioned in it.
Toys For Bob, the studio under Activision/Blizzard was formed back in 1989 and eventually added more different titles under its organizations. However, it was majorly known for its involvement in the Crash Bandicoot game.
And, after Activision Blizzard affirmed that all its core studios are now working on the Call of Duty franchise, the Toys For Bob Activision game studio said that they would continue working on Crash Bandicoot 4 too, which was eventually released on October 2.

After the success of Crash Bandicoot 4, there are possibilities that the studio is working on a new IP in the Crash Bandicoot series, i.e. Crash Bandicoot Wumpa League or possibly a sequel or it can be a completely new and large AAA game as well. Hence, fans will need to keep a watch out for the upcoming event to get more info on the next AAA IP.
However, it will be ideal to wait for the official announcement from Activision or Toys For Bob as currently is very hard to tell whether Activision is actually utilizing its popular studio to make something creative inside its previous establishments or not.
