EA has acquired Codemasters and it seems like both the teams are working on a new AAA racing title.
Whenever people talk about gaming organizations, Codemasters is definitely mentioned in the discussion, especially with regards to the racing genre. Codemasters has been making racing games like the Dirt series and F1 for almost 30 years now.
Recently, the organization released F1 2021 in July which was a hit amongst the players, and soon players started to anticipate what is the next project that the company is working on. Now it has been clear that currently, Codemasters is working on an unannounced AAA racing game.
One of Codemasters' forthcoming ventures has been depicted by the organization as its "most ambitious and biggest game" developed by the studio in more than 10 years.

The latest job listing for Development Manager found on Cheshire studio page, demands the individuals to have "Experience of project managing multiple development disciplines and strong understanding of Agile PM techniques" under the "Required skills" area.
The new IP also demands the applying candidates to have, "Experience of different PM software," and "Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and ability to work unsupervised to complete tasks".

As per the organization's Cheshire studio's job listing for Development Manager, "they (Cheshire studio) are currently looking for a Producer to join the team as they look ahead to their next project having delivered Dirt 5, the racing experience, that welcomed in the next generation of consoles."
As for the Senior Manager, the organization is looking for someone to, "Lead and manage a programming team at technical and personnel level" along with mentoring "junior programmers in the team".
Electronic Arts acquired Codemasters back in February 2021 for $1.2 billion and eventually added more racing games under its organizations. Currently, it seems like both the organizations are working on a new IP, which clearly seems to be promising.
Moreover, after the acquisition, Andrew Wilson (CEO of EA) said, "Similar to Respawn, our orientation isn’t to come in and take over Codemasters; our orientation isn’t to come in and turn Codemasters into another Electronic Arts studio; our orientation is around the provision of opportunity,"

He further added, "his industry is all about amazing, creative talent. And we see little upside in the indoctrination of that amazing creative talent. But we do want to provide them access to the things that we get by virtue of our position in the industry."
After the success of DIRT 5, there are possibilities that the studio is working on a new IP in the DIRT series, i.e. DIRT6 or possibly a sequel in the NFS series or it can be a completely new and large AAA game as well. Hence, fans will need to keep a watch out for the upcoming event to get more info on the next AAA IP.
However, it will be ideal to wait for the official announcement from Electronic Arts or Codemasters as currently is very hard to tell whether Electronic Arts is actually utilizing its recently acquired studio to make something creative inside its previous establishments or not.
