15 League of Legends champions will get buffed with LoL patch 11.19, including Akali, Fizz, Seraphine, and more.

LoL patch 11.19 is going to be the last patch update before Worlds 2021, and Riot is planning to nerf and buff almost 15 champions with this patch.
Riot Jag, the Lead Game Designer of LoL has reviewed the forthcoming LoL patch 11.19, and just like the past few patches, the next LoL 11.19 patch will also have the buff, nerf, and shifting of the meta.

While a portion of the "overpowered" champions is getting nerfs, Riot will buff fifteen other LoL champions, including:
- Sylas
- Sion
- Seraphine
- Sejuani
- Renekton
- Qiyana
- Poppy
- Mordekaiser
- Gwen
- Gragas
- Galio
- Fizz
- Cho'Gath
- Akali
- Aatrox
The Top lane in the list is standing out enough to be noticed as eight of the fifteen League of Legends champions who are getting buffs are from the Top. And in spite of the fact that Mordekaiser, Aatrox, Poppy, Cho'Gath, and Sion fairly have a normal win rate, champions like Gwen, Akali, and Renekton are having some troubled time after all nerfs in the past few patches.

After Top, the Mid lane in the list is likewise getting some adoration as Galio, Fizz, Sylas, and Qiyana, are also set to get some remarkable buffs that may allow them to enter the meta.

League of Legends Patch 11.19 Buffs
As per an LoL dedicated site, Surrender at 20, the following changes will be made to LoL champions:
League of Legends Aatrox
- Deathbringer Stance (Passive) - Damage increased from [5-12%] to [8-12%]
- HP regen per level increased from 0.1 to 0.18
- HP5 increased from 5 to 9
League of Legends Cho’Gath
- Rupture (Q) - Cooldown lowered from 7 to 6
League of Legends Fizz
- Nimble Fighter (Passive) - [Removed] Higher damage reduction vs basic attacks
- Playful / Trickster (E) - Cooldown lowered from 16/14.5/13/11.5/10 to 16/14/12/10/8
- Seastone Trident (W) - Bonus on-hit damage lowered from 20/25/30/35/40 to 10/15/20/25/30
- Chum the Waters (R) -
- Large shark damage increased from [250/325/400 (+100% AP)] to [300/400/500 (+120%)]
- Medium shark damage increased from [200/275/350 (+85% AP)] to [225/325/425 (+100% AP)]
- Small shark damage increased from [150/225/300 (+70% AP)] to [150/250/350 (+80% AP)]
League of Legends Galio
- Shield of Durand (W) - Cooldown lowered from 18 to 18/17.5/17/16.5/16

- HP5 increased from 7 to 8
League of Legends Mordekaiser
- Death’s Grasp (E) - Cooldown lowered from 22/19/16/13/10 to 18/16/14/12/10

- Iron Ambassador (Passive)- Cooldown lowered from [16-8] to [13-7]
League of Legends Qiyana

League of Legends Renekton
- HP Per Level increased from 87 to 92
- Base HP increased from 575 to 600
League of Legends Sejuani

League of Legends Seraphine
- Encore (R) - Cooldown lowered from 180/150/120 to 160/130/100
League of Legends Sion
- Soul Furnace (W) - Shield increased from 50/75/100/125/150 to 60/85/110/135/160
League of Legends Sylas
- MP5 increased from 7 to 8
- Base mana increased from 280 to 310
